New Name for Our Organization!
Since 1983 we have brought Dignity and Hope to the Lowcountry. Our mission continues under a brand new name: Neighbors Together.
URGENT: Food Plea
URGENT: We are in need of canned goods immediately. Our food pantry shelves are nearly empty.
Feeding the Hungry
We offer hot meals to neighbors Monday – Thursday 10:30am – 12:30pm. Groceries are distributed to neighbors in our case management program.
Health and Wellness
Our Health and Wellness Program offers limited medical advice and prescription assistance very Wednesday.
Helping the Homeless

Economic Mobility
Neighbors Together helps individuals wherever they are on the journey to employment, from GED classes to job skills to small business coaching.
Rent And Utility Help
We offer rent and utility assistance by appointment only. Applications are reviewed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10-1, please call 843-747-1788 for available appointments.
Clothing
We offer clothing to neighbors enrolled in our case management program.
Hygiene Products
Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brushes, tampons, diapers and other hygiene products are offered depending upon availability.
About Neighbors Together
Neighbors Together has brought dignity and hope to the Lowcountry since 1983. In 2021, the organization (formerly Tricounty Family Ministries) changed its name to reflect the transformation we have seen when people come together to help each other. After all, we are neighbors together.
Neighbors Together is a registered 501(c) 3 with the state of South Carolina.
