New Name – Same Neighbor

Neighbors Together is a  501(c)3 nonprofit registered in the state of South Carolina. Since 1983, we have brought dignity and hope to the Lowcountry through our services.

Started in 1983 as Lutheran Social Services, we were renamed Tricounty Family Ministries in 1991 and became Neighbors Together in 2021.
