DESCRIPTION:Neighbors Together and GroceryRx are partnering to bring an exciting\, hands-on nutrition class experience to our neighbors! GroceryRx is a 12-week nutrition and cooking class offered to low-income neighbors with chronic disease. Our focus is on improving health outcomes and increasing access to fresh\, local produce through weekly fruit and vegetable deliveries. \nLearn about the importance of breakfast during a cooking demo\, learn quick and easy breakfast recipes made with local vegetables and explored how to navigate nutrition facts labels to make informed food choices.   \nIf you are interested in joining class next session\, contact your case manager!
