Neighbors Together’s four primary pillars of service involve Hunger, Health & Wellness, Homelessness and Economic Mobility. However, we provide a number of additional services to help people in need. If you need help, please know you can turn to us.

Feeding the Hungry

We offer hot meals to neighbors Monday – Thursday 10:30am - 12:30pm. Groceries are distributed to neighbors in our case management program.

Health and Wellness

Our Health and Wellness Program offers limited medical advice and prescription assistance very Wednesday.

Helping the Homeless

Economic Mobility

Neighbors Together helps individuals wherever they are on the journey to employment, from GED classes to job skills to small business coaching.

Clothing

We offer clothing to neighbors enrolled in our case management program.

Hygiene Products

Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brushes, tampons, diapers and other hygiene products are offered depending upon availability.
